Dan and his team sell great products and stand behind them. They installed two overhead doors for us in 2011. They run beautifully; very smooth and quiet. Unfortunately, last spring, after nearly 5 years, something went wrong in one of the units. The door would not close. We had to manually put it down. We called Dan. He said it was an issue covered by the warrantee. And, it was a completely hassle-free experience. We didn’t have to do anything. There were no special fees or paperwork shoved off on the customer. I didn’t have to deal with the manufacturer at all. Dan simply took care of it. Warrantees should work that way, but it seems rare that they do unless you pay for some special care contract that is itself loaded with exceptions. If you want a worry-free product, go with Dan and his team. – Matt King
